Shaen's Birthday Party

On Saturday we had a breakfast party for my brother’s 16th birthday. I ate boerewors and bread and scrambled eggs and mince. The birthday cake was a tower of cream puffs covered with chocolate. Jaco drove his brand new car.
On Sunday we had another birthday party. Shaen had a party with his school friends.
My brother and I went to church we did singing song and we came back with our mother. I wore my long brown skirt and multicoloured T-shirt.

We regularly practise guitar in class.

We had hamburgers in McDonalds on my birthday.

My 14th Birtyday Party

On Sunday we went to the shops to buy the things for my party packs. We bought yellow packets. a High School Musical table cloth, chips and sweets and juice.



My party table: I had made the cheese cake, the cupcakes, and the Marshmellow treats myself.


I am 14 years old. Here I blow out my candles while Kaolin is looking on.

Shaen and I did a dialogue out of High School Musical. to set the mood, before going to see the real show in Montecasino.

We went in two cars. My Daddy drove us children in the Jeep and my Mommy drove the grown ups in the bakkie.

We had a walk on the square before the show. The weather was perfect, I was very excited!

The high light of the eveing: after the show the cast came down the stage. I got a signed poster because it was my birthday. I was very happy when Troy stood next to me.

Spring

I practiced my speech about the Southern right whale.
Kaolin and I swam. I made a birthday card for my friend.
I did 10+ and 10- sums.
My Mommy has leave. I like to have Mommy at home
It is spring. Some days are very hot.
I am sewing a white T- shirt.
On Saturday we all went to Oom PW’s house and the dam.
On Sunday we went Tannie Loune’s house for lunch.

Birthdays

on Friday it was Lee's birthday party at our house. Caelen and I watched Kim Possible.
On Saturday we went to Oupa’s house and we watched rugby on TV.
On Sunday it was Ouma’s birthday. We ate pizza with them.
Yesterday I read My Secret Unicorn.
I practiced sums: adding and subtracting 9 and the 9 times table.
Monique and I had noodles and tuna for lunch. We did homework together and then we watched the Olympic Games. There was not enough time to play.
Today it is very cold! I want to start sewing my T-shirt. I drink lots of water.

Shaen's Birthday

Yesterday was my Brother’s Birthday. I give him the gifts: he got a T-shirt, soap, an i-pod, and a Harry Potter book.
I did sums, if the sum is more nine you carry over.
I did the exercises.
We read Kim possible. I read My Secret Unicorn page 40-42.
Last night we had visitors. My Mommy cooked macaroni and cheese.
